If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product, simply return it within 10 days for all Electronic products, 30 days for all other products, to BoatersWorld.com for a no hassle exchange or return. You may also exchange it at almost 110 Boater's World store locations.
Exchanges:
Exchanging your purchase just got easier! BoatersWorld.com now offers TWO convienient ways to exchange your online purchases.1. You can exchange your purchase through BoatersWorld.com.
To exchange the item through BoatersWorld.com, please follow the instructions on your packing slip. Damaged or defective merchandise can only be returned or exchanged through BoatersWorld.com, not at a store location.
2. You can now exchange your purchases from BoatersWorld.com by going to any one of 110 Boater's World store locations.
Your local Boater's World store will gladly exchange it for the product you do want. For ease and convienience, it could not be simpler. Boater's World will exchange your product for a product of equal or greater value.
Returns:
BoatersWorld.com No Hassel Return.BoatersWorld.com will replace or refund 100% of the purchase price by check or credit card, depending upon your original payment method. Please follow the instructions on your packing slip. The 100% refund will be given for purchases returned within 30 days, subject to the following return requirements.
Sorry, purchases cannot be returned to Boater's World store locations for credit.
Exchange/Return Requirements:
- Returned products
must be in brand new, mint condition.
- Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, plastic bags, and the blank warranty cards. The manufacturer's labeled packaging must be enclosed within a new shipping carton.
- Please
Note that the warranty card must NOT be filled out.
- Software must
be unopened and in the original sealed packaging.
- Any Blister
packed items or products that come in hard plastic wrap can only be returned
if unopened and in original condition.
- All Electronic products must be returned within 10-days of receipt of purchase.
- Boats, kayaks,
dinghies, canoes and all engines and motors CANNOT be returned to BoatersWorld.com.
If these products are defective, you will need to contact the manufacturer.
- SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES, IF APPLICABLE, ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
Returns must be received by BoatersWorld.com within 14 calendar days after notifying BoatersWorld.com of intent to return. After the return period has expired, please contact the manufacturer to resolve any problems with your equipment.
Auction Returns:
All Auction Sales Are Final. Auction items can be returned only for defective
replacement. If the winning auction item you receive is not in working order,
simply return it within 10-days of receipt to BoatersWorld.com for an exchange
or, if the item is no longer available, a refund. If the ten-day exchange period
has past, all items, unless otherwise noted in the description, come with the
full warranty offered by the manufacturer. To obtain warranty service, please
take the product, along with the invoice you received, to any authorized dealer
or service center.
