When we designed our surf series, we knew that tough rods able to throw heavy lead over long distances or light plugs with finesse were required. What better blank material than high content graphite with just the right amount of epoxy to combine both power and sensitivity. 2 piece Custom Graphite surf rods have graphite reel seats with padded hoods, double braced Pac Bay guides with super smooth aluminum oxide inserts, Split rear grips & gold titanium nitrate insert rings in our tip tops. All feature triple wrapping for added strength.
