Slammers are made for super braided lines. That is why a high strength aluminum alloy body encases a triple-supported, oversized main shaft. Add an oversized drag plus 5 +1 bball bearings for increased drag range, smoothness and fish-stopping power. Spool the 460 with 100 yds. of 12 lb. mono and then top it off with 30 lb. braid. Use 100 yds of 15 lb mono as backing on the 560 and then add 50 lb. braid to finish filling the spool. Our jig rod has plenty of backbone with its T glass graphite construction, Fuji Hardloy guides & tip top plus a Fuji reel seat. Made to the same exacting specifications as all Custom Power sticks, these rods are strong yet extremely light weight. These combos are designed to bring big fish in faster and easier.
