Based on one-piece U.S.A. made blanks, the new 7', Casting Ugly Stik Custom rod offers actions tailored to produce winning results and powerful fights. Using an exclusive Howald Process Double-Built blank, Shakespeare incorporated an E-glass outer construction over a graphite core. The result is a fishing rod that is lightweight yet retains superior strength. This rod features a custom hand-wound diamond wrap, blank-through-handle construction, fully under wrapped guides and full epoxy outer coatings for extra protection from UV rays. Also, the rod features graphite reel seats with cushioned stainless hoods, comfortable foam fore grips and Fuji aluminum oxide guides, and a Gimball butt. Each rod comes with the Ugly Back 60 day / 5 year limited warranty. Med/Light action, 15-30 lb line test.
