The Splashdown Life Jacket Flag is a totally new water safety accessory born of necessity and designed to improve the boating experience. This device raises the bar for boating safety by showing the actual location of the person at risk in the water. It does not replace the standard "skier down" flag, mandatory in some states, but expands on this system. The benefits are three fold.
