I use this Holder for my Square Cokin Filters. It is a MUST-HAVE if you want to use these filters for your photography. My only bit of criticism is that when it's mounted, it has a tendency to turn too easily... like it's a little loose. But, it's not too bad of an issue.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
