This filter is extremly effective. It reduces flourescent light very well. I would highly recommend this to any photo enthusiast.

This product is intended to reduce the overall amount of light going into a camera or coming out of, say, a projector without affecting color balance. The surface had no marks or scrapes and the filter itself was in good condition when I received it. It was in a roughly 9" x 9" box and packed with bubble wrap. It reduces light by about 80%.
