If your fishing hogs, this is the best rod under a $100!!!
All the action is in the tip. It has a rigid backbone that tapers off signifigantly around the last 10". Combine the taper, with 3 of the 8 guides in that same 10" and you have a lot of fexibility, without sacrificing control.
You can feel everything!!
