Great reel. Did my research and at first ordered a highly rated Cabela Salt Striker all metal reel. Found the bail action to be sticky and stubborn. Lots of tangled lines. Returned it immediately. I then ordered the 850ssm and what a difference. You can feel and see the quality. The 850ssm is a large reel great for ocean fishing or shore/pier fishing. Landed unfortunately some huge catfish without even breaking a sweat.
