Performs as expected, and is easy to use. It mounts to the underside of the seat, but can be pulled off the pedestal base for removal/storage of the entire seat. The only downside is that the holes on the mounting plate did not line up with the predrilled holes on the underside of the seat. That problem was easily fixable.
