I mounted a set of these to the inner wall of my Carolina Skiff.
I did not want to drill any holes whatsoever into the side wall of
my boat because it does not have a hallow hull.
I used some heavy-duty bonding putty and it's held them on well.
finished the job off by filling in around the edges with the same putty,
sanding the edges smooth and touching them up with some white paint.
They appear to be part of the boat hull. Looks great.
