Pretty Cool rod holder. Assembly did take a couple of minutes, but is well worth it. Overall quality seems to be very good. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a inexpensive and great way to store their rods

I cut the bar and installed on both sides of the boat and they work very well. I believe they will last longer and be more secure than the velcro strap version I was using. Looks proffesionally installed

Have several Charter Boats and absolutely the Best overhead Rod Storage ever designed. Simple Installation and if you oppose your Rods, you can hang up to 8 Offshore Rods & Reels on one rack. Just clean em, hang em & forget em!

I purchased these for a small space on my 17ft boat as a replacement for the Berkley Horizontal Rod Holder. The Berkley wouldn't hold the rods in rough water and they ended up bouncing around the floor of the boat. With the track system, I was able to custom fit the track into the small space on my gunnels (cuts easily with a hack saw, file to remove any rough edges from the cut)...in fact, 1 pair was enough to do both sides of the boat with enough left over to place a gaff holder on the transom. After several outings with these holders installed, I am very pleased to report that the rods stayed put and were quickly accessable when needed. I wish I would have found these four years ago.
