Comments about Camper Products Camper Products Fishing Cart:

Cart is used to transport fishing equipment, gas, ice chests, etc. to and from boat. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality cart. The only problem was assembly. The instructions stink. You must use your imagination and trial and error, but you finally get there on your own. The company should hire a professional to prepare a set of assembly instructions.

Comments about Camper Products Camper Products Fishing Cart:

The model I have has a front foot you can let down rather than a wheel. The alluminum might not be strong enough for an offset wheel but the foot drops down easily once you arrive on site. Balance is ok fully loaded without wheel.Even without assembly instructions it was clear where the parts fit. Just use up the obvious and see what it left; it works! On the Texas coast the marine environment is very corrosive on unfinished alluminum like this cart is made from. I sprayed mine with a "cold galvanizing" zinc rich spray which does an excellent job of protecting alluminum. You could also use zinc-chromate primer but it costs more. Then top coat with Rust-o-leum or any oil base enamel paint and you have a good protection. I always rinse my cart with fresh water once home. I believe that if unprotected it would corrode away fast. Also there are a few open holes drilled into the tubing, probably for other models or accessories. I filled these with silicone caulking to keep the salt air out of the tubes.[...]I believe it is a good product if you give it a protective coating and keep it clean.
