We like the seat. The only con about it is that we don't have enough clearance to allow the seat to rotate 360 degrees- it hits the side of the boat. But it is nice to be able to flip the seat up, when we are standing up in the drivers seat.

I am satisified with this seat. The only surprise is that the polymer frame is not as thick (and therefore rigid) as my original equipment seat. There is a little more "give" to the seat. But the original replacement seat would have been [$]. So there is an acceptable trade-off there.
