The fixed upper pulley prevents twisted lifting lines while the lower pulley has an integral snap hook for easy attachment to outboards, groceries, sail bags, dive gear, scooters, bicycles or any other type of load. Crane arm rotates 270 degrees. Best of all, it takes just 20 seconds to set up or remove for storage-no tools required! Comes complete for deck, rail, or bulkhead mounting. Includes polished stainless steel mast, polished stainless steel arm, upper and lower mounting brackets, rail adapters for 7/8" and 1" rails, pulley, snap hook, and 5/16" line.

I can not install this crane due to the lack of parts. Also the wrong instructions were included. Tried to contact the manufacture and have left messages, but so far no return calls. Item might prove to be good, but customer service does not exist.

This crane stores easy and has many uses. After throwing my back out two years ago trying to lift the dingy motor I purchased this crane. It has saved many times the cost in convienence. Being a scuba diver I have found many uses for it in hauling heavy things aboard.
