Comments about Jeros Tackle Jeros Tackle Clam Rake 10 Tooth Sharp VR10:

This clam rake is not worth the money. The rake will sink to the bottom if not held on to at all times. Would be better with a wooden handle. The tooth broke off after two uses. I would not recommend this rake.

Comments about Jeros Tackle Jeros Tackle Clam Rake 10 Tooth Sharp VR10:

The unit in the picture is not what you're buying!! The pic shows a wooden handled rake. This is a poorly constructed rake. The handle is a sectional steel tube. Why? Who knows but it's a poor choice as the clips holding the sections together will rust rendering the unit worthless! The rake head is acceptable but the welds are pretty poor and will eventually fail. The whole unit is heavy and the steel handle makes using this rake unpleasant! It's not as sensitive as a wooden handle unit. It's useable but it would be better to spend the cash on a better unit! You will eventually replace the handle with a wooden one!
