Great for transoms, stringers, and cabin roof rot in both fiberglass and wood boats, Boat Life's Git-Rot is a unique two-part liquid epoxy that saturates and restores original strength to rotted wood by penetrating and reforming the wood's structure. With Git-Rot, it is not necessary to remove loose rotted fibers before treatment. Git-Rot will soak into the wood by capillary action and cure overnight. Sandable and paintable, Git-Rot is compatible with fiberglass resins, epoxies, and most sealants.
