    Trolling offshore the whole avet family of reels really are great, they have the smoothest drags i have ever expierienced. I have no problem casting them if i ever come upon that situation where i need to get the bait out there, the avets will amaze you with there ease of operation!

    Very good drag with more pressure than most anglers would want in a stand-up situation. Well balanced and well paired with Boaters World outerbanks stand-up rods. Handles 50# class tuna with ease and has the strenth for 150# plus fish without the risk of stressing your equipment. Also has an ergonomically sound handle. The only complaint is that colors other than silver tend to show scratches easily.
