This product works great, especially if you clean the surfaces well and get lake or salt water off them, rinse and let dry then spray before storing for the week or the winter. We cleaned the boat well before we sprayed all surfaces with this our last trip out last fall and when we opened it up this spring, it looked like we had just cleaned it. I have noticed if I miss something while cleaning and don't get the lake water off it tends to have a little mildew but never too much to come right off. I've used lots of products over the years and this is by far the best and doesn't ruin the stitching or rot the vinyl.

removed most of the mildew stains from our boat seats. Have to use every time you clean your boat.
Also tried the mildew protector, but it didn't help much, to prevent mildew from returning.
