This new line of Igloo Ice chests has been rigorously tested for long-term cold retention. Extra Ultratherm insulation in both the body and lid give these ice chests up to 25 percent more insulation than previous models. Unique reflective ice blue color further protects beverage from the sun. High impact plastic exterior won't fade, corrode or crack, with stainless steel hardware throughout, including inside the handles and hinges. Other features include refrigerator quality liner that won't stain or absorb odors and cleans easily with damp cloth, snap-lock latches that meet federal child safety guidelines and a drip proof drain plug. Holds 2-liter bottles upright.

All parts replaceable. Mfr's 5 year limited warranty.

This is my fourth Igloo Maxcold 5 day cooler. I bought it as a gift for a friend because everybody always enjoys how my coolers maintain the ice and keep drinks cold. I would highly recommend this as a best value for the money to anyone shopping brands for a new cooler!

carry frozen fish on airline from alaska to florida. the 5 day feature gives some extra time if the luggage is lost.
this size allows you to fill with fish and still stay within the 50 lb limit without having head space between fish and top.
