These quality mooring whips act as a spring to maintain your boat at a safe, convenient distance away from the dock to prevent impacts caused by waves or the wakes of other passing watercraft. Unaffected by cold or heat, these mooring whips can be quickly and easily removed from the bases for storage. All whips include 2 2-piece mooring whips, bases, mounting hardware, and spring lines.

On July 24th here in Northwood NH we had a tornado come though our area less then 1/4 of a mile from where my boat is tied down to my dock.
With 111-135 mile an hour winds my new whips held down my boat and protected it from any storm damage! Now that's amazing!!

Great product and fairly easy to install. Instructions could have been a little easier, but once we got it figured out,it works great.
