The variable timer works great and allows me to vary the run time on the bait well pump based on the type of bait I am using. Saves battery juice versus running all the time and preserves bait because it runs on a timed basis rather than trying to do something manual where you might forget for awhile and accidentally kill off your bait.

Works great in test and I am sure will on lake. Easy install and looks good - replaced a factory switch that went bad.
