Comments about Mighty Mite Mighty Mite Hang and Release Anchor:

The nice thing about using this anchor is that is is very light for its size and easy to retrieve. I fish inshore and offshore on good days and this anchor is a snap to set and hold. It also is one of the easiest reef anchors to use. I do recommend using chain and rode with this unit. If the anchor gets hung on the bottom just wrap your rope around an eye and pull. Once finished just bend the tines back to the original location. I have made several steel anchors similar to this in design but the aluminum version holds up to constant bending and it is nice to know that there is no rust and no 5 gallon buckets needed to store it. I give it a 10+!!!!!
