My kids (5-9yo) use this at our lake house for everything from wakeboarding and waterskiing to kayaking and even just swimming in the lake. They never complain about having to wear a life jacket. It also seems to provide good chest padding for the inevitable wakeboard face-plant!
My son loves it.He says it fits perfect.

My son is 7 years old and we use it while just riding around and in the tube. He said it dries faster than the old one we used also.I feel comfortable that it will stay on him in the water.
