I use these paddles for canoes. These are nice and long. I sit in the bottom of the canoe for stability. These paddles allow me to move quickly in comfort with a large cargo.

This is the first paddle that I have bought, and I can say without a doubt that I don't feel a need to upgrade anytime soon. The paddle goes together well, is extremely light, feels very solidly built, is comfortable to handle, and is just the right length.
I have an inflatable yak and as such wanted to get a slightly longer paddle to compensate for the wider sides of the inflatable. The 96" paddle is perfect for that.
It's a great paddle for a minimum investment. I actually bought two, one for me and one for the wife. I'm extremely happy.

Our family and friends do quite a bit of kayaking on the class I and II rivers in southern Missouri.
The SeaSense 96" kayak paddle is the paddle of choice for the men and teenage boys in our group. They like the length, weight, and comfort of the foam hand grips. The paddle is sturdy and durable. One thing we have had some problems with is the foam hand grips have slipped on some of them -- but a little duct tape fixes that! This paddle is also excellent if you need to solo a canoe. We would recommend this paddle.

I HAVE USED THE PADDLE ONLY A FEW TIMES.AND I FIND NO PROBLEMS
