Comments about Blue Sea Blue Sea 8208 Toggle Panel Switch:

The Nikon 7x50 Ocean Pro w/compass are certainly the best pair of binoculars I have used on the water. I have “discount” binoculars lying around to grab in a hurry while under way, and the quality of the Nikon optics is noticeably superior. I cannot imagine that a pair costing two or three times more could be that much better. The construction seems fine, but I have not given the Nikon any hard use yet. All the adjustments work and operate smoothly. The built-in compass, of course, is a huge convenience for making navigational sightings. The Nikon also came with a neck strap that has bright yellow flotational padding, and a very secure case. My only gripe is that, while the objective lens covers remain attached to the unit even when they are removed from the lens, the smaller ocular lens covers are not attached, and have to be put down somewhere or in a pocket when removed.

Comments about Blue Sea Blue Sea 8208 Toggle Panel Switch:

I've been useing these as my primary Binoculars aboard our trawler here in Alaska for the past couple of years with absolute satisfaction. I prefer these 99% of the time except when I need more stability such as reading the name of another boat in rough conditions.
