Comments about Shakespeare Shakespeare Ugly Stik Lite Inshore Spinning Rod:

This rod is a good length and action for long casts from a boat to shallow water next to shore. Mine works well with braided line and with lures and free-lined live bait; not as well with a couple of ounces of weight. But it's medium-action. A heavy-action version likely would be stiffer for casting weights.
Mine was used, from eBay, and I've had to replace a couple of guides from wear and tear. But in general it has held up well. I've paired it with an Okuma Epixor EF-50 reel.
