This works great. I have two because I mount my GPS at either the lower or upper helm, and there's no way to split the signal from one transducer, from what I understand. It's a bit nerve wracking drilling a 3/4" hole in the transom, but if you goober it up with marine adhesive the changes of rot are very low.

This transducer works great but the main problem is that it breaks off very easily. I am about to change mine for the 4th time this season.
