Excellent grip, but picks up very little dirt. excellent for going from dock to boat and not bringing a lot of dirt onto the boat. This is pretty much my favorite shoe. I useally wear flip flops and crocks. This shoe is the most comfortable boat shoe I have ever worn. They have a squishy feel. The insole and sole work very well together, plus they look really cool. I can't believe they were only [$]. I am going to buy another pair to keep until these wear out.
