Comments about Timex Timex Ironman Triathlon Trail Runner Bodylink System:

I've used all of these different fitness/training watches. I prefer the Garmin.

The Polar has a lot of extra features for running, but it's really too impractical for everyday use in my view.

The timex GPS isn't as good as the Garmin. The Polar has substandard GPS as well. But the GPS is functional for the most part. Only the Garmin is ready to go, in most places quickly. Plus the Garmin has no extra GPS hardware to strap on.

The Times isn't bad, it's slightly more expensive that the Garmin, and slightly less than the Polar. For the money, the Garmin is the best, if you don't mind a non-user replaceable battery and a rather large watch that you can't really wear around town.
