THE HOBIE TANDEM ISLAND IS A SAILING TRIMARAN KAYAK. It sail great but needs a windex for good wind placement. Since the mast is mounted on each sail and rotates when furling, it needs a removal windex that is lite and easy to install. This product fits the bill perfectly. You can zip tie the holder to the top of the mast for easy removal without screwing into the carbon fiber mast(A no no).
