It can be applied over most hard antifouling coatings.
Highest grade of cuprous oxide available (more potent active ingredient)
Highest copper content in the industry (75.8)
Better color consistency for color matching
Consistent viscosity = better flow and rolling ability
May be applied over some modified epoxy antifoulant paints

Comments about Seahawk Seahawk Tropikote Biocide Plus Ga Tropikote Biocide A/F Blue:

Had it put on in Ensenada saw it was high in copper. Arrived in La Paz 1 week later and within the first month of October I had lots of slime and barnacles.
I had to stay on top of the cleaning every 3 weeks to avoid barnacles from staying attached from the beginning using a metal scrapper and med course pad. I am hauling out now 23 months later and with no effectiveness at all. Within days of cleaning the bottom has growth and barnacles starting to attach.

My previous experience here with bottom paint using local paints was much better and the first couple of months I would not even have to clean. Then when I cleaned I would only use a carpet to lightly rub the slime and barnacles but only once a month for the first year or so. Then I would need to use a plastic scrapper around the second year. I will definitely go back to the local paint.
