After considerable searching, I found this 11 inch diameter stainless steel steering wheel for my RIB (Rigid Inflatable Boat) yacht tender, as a replacement unit. It HAD to be 11 inches and no more, to fit the control space. This was a perfect replacement and is well made. The old wheel I replaced had the foam covering as a grip surface, which was nice, but I could not locate any of those. This one being all stainless steel has worked just fine.
