Pros:
Easy To Use, Lightweight, Line capacity adequate, Rust resistant
Cons:
Flimsy Construction, Gears strip, Handle torques jams, Main shaft bends

Salmon in the 6 to 14lb range. The reel is lightweight, casts well, has good line capacity.
Very disappointed in the performance under stress.
I bought 3 of the 40 series and all of them have bent main shafts, gears strip when trying to play salmon over 6 lbs. This after only ten days of fishing.
