I recently had a new t-top installed on my boat. I had to purchase a new anchor light to achieve 360° viability above the t-top. There's a small bridge I go under to get to one of our favorite raft-up spots. While the light is only about 8" high, it's just enough height to hit the bridge at high tide. But no problem with this little light... it folds back easily providing the clearance I need.
