my unit was very easy to install it only took 20 minutes.The first time I figured out how to operate fishfinder and gps before me fishing partner parked the truck at landing.Three words describe my 441s simple,reliable,and accurate.

Fantastic unit. I have owned many Garmin devices in the past and the first thing I noticed with this unit while underway is how quickly it updates your position. There is little to no lag time. Get the G2 Vision add on as well. Ridiculous what you can do with it.

Being new to saltwater boating I wanted a GPS/Sounder that I could count on to get me from the dock to my destination (and back). This one has everything I need - tide tables, sounder, GPS with tracking, fish finder, etc. The screen is easy to read and the controls are self explanatory. It was easy to install and a snap to get started. I updated it via the internet and that was effortless.

This is a great unit and does everything I need.
