I was hoping to shove lifejackets and all safety gear in here, but it's not as big as the descriptions state it is. I was able to get only 4 regular Type II PFDs in it...there is a top compartment which zips around on top of the part that closes, but it's only about a 2" clearance, and you can't fit much in there...the only other "storage" area on the bag is a zip around netted area on the front which can only hold a couple of dock lines. If it was bigger and could hold more, it'd be perfect.
