    I've had the LCX18c And wanted to upgrade to the LCX38C so having a headstart on the learning curve was a plus.The unit is great in finding fish and in chartplotting .This past week Lowrance did the next update to Navionics Platinum Charts as I've been used to The gold charts.No one provides any instructions but having the gold charts I sort of worked my way around and am now finding lots of new and updated info including photos .Just great ! And I'm sure when I learn a little more I'll find lots more info.Also have spoken with Lowrance numerous times over the years and they have always been helpful and friendly .Really enjoy the product.
