years ago when braided line and spider wire came out i was new to baitcasting reels and had terrible luck with both,then i tried berkley big game line and it worked perfect.there were no more bird nests or back lashes.and the line really lasts a long time between changes .the only way this line could have been better is if it was made before a lot of my friends gave up on baitcasting reels after having bad experiences with line that is only good for cane poles ,they are missing out on a good combo.
