Most burgee, ensign or flag masts are stamped metal cylinders that bend from the flag flapping while underway. The solid rod used in the Swivler and the sturdy mount more than withstand the wind.You'll pay far more trying one after another of the flimsy stamped metal masts than you would for one Swivler.[...] Also, the metal clips holding the flag to the mast rattle in the wind even when docked. The clips as well as the setscrew holding the mast to the mount could be improved with quick lock and quick release features.
