I bought both navy and white chairs. On the white chairs the cloth got a black color that started to bleed through the cloth. Couldn't clean them tried everything but bleach, even tried a power washer. Nothing would clean the white ones but Navy ones look like new.

I purchased two of the High Back chairs last year (2006). The chairs are very comfortable, look great and able to stow (4 1/2" x 34 1/2" x 24 1/4"). Although they appear to be better contructed and sturdier than other I've seen, both chair have problems with the alumium rivets breaking. The first year I replace three rivets with SS machine screws/nuts and locktite; this year two rivets have been replaced. I've attached pictures showing (a) a broken rivet and (b) the broken rivet and a replaced machine screw/nut. These chairs would be great if it weren't for the rivets being problematic.

I have had two of these chairs for many years on my boat. They stand up to the weather and are easy to fold and put away for fishing.
