Well, it is just a scraper, but... we use these quite often at work to remove overspray from our booth lights(I'm an automotive painter). The reason I know this one works so well is that the rest of the crew loves to steal the one I have! It does work well though, it holds the blade securely (Bonus) and the bit of rubber on the case does reduce fatigue and improve grip. MY opinion...good product.
