This is a great price for one of these tanks. It looks solid and has not leaked. I like the way that everything unscrews and comes out of the tank. This means you can inspect and clean the screen on the intake tube. As stated by "dav" the small vent cap is fragile so be aware of this.

I would have given 5 stars but the fuel gauge is almost useless, too small to show anything but full and empty. The vent cap threads are plastic, it seals well with light finger pressure. If you crank on it like with an old metal tank, I'm sure it will strip. I got a great price on clearance, probably because Boaters World had a bunch left, because it does not sell the fuel fitting that goes on the tank.

Sometimes the gauge shows that the tank is empty when there is still som gasoline in it. When I fill the the tank with gasoline the needle stays on empty. The first time I filled, I overfilled and the gasoline spilled because the gauge did not show that the tank is full. However the tank is not leaking which caused lot of problem before.
