Comments about Rule Rule 1100 G.P.H. Automatic Bilge Pump:

Having a keel stepped mast is a problem in Seattle, with all the rain we get. But this pump does a great job at keeping the accumulation of rainwater in the bilge down to a minimum, reliably.

Comments about Rule Rule 1100 G.P.H. Automatic Bilge Pump:

This is an automatic bilge pump that cycles on about every two minutes. If it senses water, the pump runs until the water is removed. If it does not sense the presence of water, the pump immediately cycles off. The cycling takes very little battery energy and can operate several months before depleting a battery when little water has been found. It is reassuring to hear the pump cycle and to see the water discharged when found. All boats should have one of these. The pump can be attached to a switch to shut it off during periods of long storage on land.
