Like how light weight they are for active work in warm weather. They breathe better than plastic. Don't crack and split. Don't impede movement. So affordable, I got three sets (could have bought six) for each employee instead of just one set of more expensive gear. The expensive stuff would be trash by now, most guys still have two sets to go (after seven months).
