The Shrink Wrap Film Kit consists of a pre-cut roll of 6-mil shrink wrap film containing maximum UV inhibitors. There are several different Shrink Wrap Film Kits, each designed to fit a range of boat sizes, and each available in either blue or white shrink wrap film. The Shrink Wrap Film Kit will need to be purchased each year a boat is shrunk wrapped.
During long periods of storage, an uncovered boat is susceptible to damage from any number of sources-rain, snow, blowing dirt and debris, bird droppings, UV radiation, and nesting birds and rodents.
