The Nautilus iGPS has a high-resolution 6" LCD daylight viewable display to show outstanding clarity in bright sunlight on open boats. It features the programmable Guardian Grounding Alarm that triggers timely and clear alarms if your current course takes you within preset distance of shoals, obstructions or other areas where the water is too shallow for your vessel's draft. The fast RISC processor uses Dual C-MAP NT+ C-Card slots for in-depth charting, allowing you to explore depths, natural features such as rivers, lakes, landmarks, currents, bottom types, and more. A built-in worldwide background chart supplements chart cards for basic mapping needs. You'll have ultimate control over the Nautilus with Soft multi-function keys and an on-screen cursor for quick, easy mode selection. The tide info feature uses local C-Card information to calculate tide graph for local ports while the handy Find Function uses local C-Cards to locate nearest boatyard, bank or even the closest shower! Features two selectable modes - charting and navigation - to display boat position, courses and distances with split screen for simultaneous viewing of graphic chart and textual navigation/charting data. Map coordinates can be displayed in Lat/Lon, Loran TD's, UTM or OSGB.
