The flagship of RAYMARINE's VHF product line, the Ray 230's flexible modular design allows you to remote mount the transmitter/receiver in an out of the way location leaving the rugged waterproof telephone style handset and waterproof remote speaker to be mounted conveniently at the helm. This 2nd station kit expands the Ray 230 system with optional full function handsets for either dual or triple station VHF and intercom communication. The Ray 230's DSC provides advanced communication features including distress calling and selective ship-to-ship calling. When a Ray 230 is equipped with the unique DTMF telephone interface you can place and receive telephone calls directly through the Ray 230 to dockside telephone for easy telephone access while at sea. The Ray 230 also has features you need like a submersible handset with a full function keypad with a backlit display, Scan and select scan, DSC capabilities, dual or triple station option with intercom functionality, built-in hailer/fog horn with auto fog horn, tri-watch with NOAA weather alert and Seatalk or NMEA capability.
