We won't let the Outer Banks name go on just anything! After a long search for a better travel fillet kit, we have finally put together a set that we like well enough to call our own. We started with a grooved cutting board measuring 9-13/16'' x 14''-1/8'' x 7/16'' that won't dull knives, absorb odors or harbor bacteria. Add to that a 0-50 lb. scale featuring a solid aluminum case & T- handle for those large fish and a cut-resistant fillet glove. The kit includes (1) 13-3/8'' blade, (1) 8'' blade, (1) 10 1/2'' blade and (1) 10-1/2'' combination serrated cutting blade and fish scaler. All knifes feature molded non-slip handles and stainless steel blades. The kit includes (1) 12-3/16'' sharpening steel. All contents fit snugly in the handy fitted carrying case.
