Your choice of cartography - Navionics or C-Map NT! The NAVnet GPS ChartPlotters come complete as a GPS ChartPlotter only. Each unit includes: Display, display cover, GPS antenna/receiver and power cord. Like the Radars, the NAVnet Chartplotters are capable of being networked through a standard Ethernet Hub (only necessary if you are using more than 2 displays or 4 components). Simply plug all of the various NAVnet components into the display using NAVnet interface cables or a Hub and you can share information with all displays on the boat. All Radar displays include a built-in ChartPlotter. If you purchase a Chartplotter alone it includes a GPS antenna/receiver. If a GPS ChartPlotter is what you need to complete your electronics package, NAVnet GPS ChartPlotters have the features you are looking for. With 8,000 points for ship's track and marks, 1,000 waypoints, 200 reversible routes,Versatile display modes including: Course plot, Alphanumerical Nav Data, Steering and 3-D Highway modes, Selectable background colors (color LCD displays only). Furuno built the large, daylight viewable (color or mono) display with a special Anti-Reflective coating, so you can see it no matter what your angle is, and an easy user interface and control panel to ensure quick operation. The 10.4'' display even features a full numeric soft touch keypad for easy waypoint additions. The GPS antenna/receiver is a compact 12-channel receiver that provides accurate and reliable position fixing. Just like the NAVnet Radar display, the NAVnet ChartPlotter has the capability to interface TV/VCR/DVD and your PC with the optional NTSC/PAL interface. All of this and you still can add more to your NAVnet system!

The NAVnet Network
Using today's technology, NAVnet runs on a 10-Base T network, which means fast data transfer between your equipment. And because Ethernet offers the option to increase speeds from 10 Megabits per second all the way to 1 Gigabit per second, NAVnet's future expansion is limitless!
What will NAVnet do for me? NAVnet products will allow you to customize your marine electronics according to what you need. From a standard Radar & ChartPlotter unit, you can add GPS, Fish Finder and even multiple displays. When multiple displays are connected, you can operate each one as an individual product or as part of the network. With more than 50 different display modes, NAVnet can display the information you care about the most about, the way you want to see it.
The NAVnet Expandability Factor Furuno's NAVnet keeps future expansion in mind by allowing you to add on multiple units. You can turn a single display system into a multiple display system by simply adding an Ethernet Hub. Which makes each unit become a universal display, allowing you to access any component that is connected. The Hub will allow the products to talk to each other and share all information through a simple cable. You only need a Ethernet Hub if you have more than 2 displays or more than 4 components. You can even connect your PC computer to a NAVnet Display, allowing you to download or upload waypoints and routes.
How easy is NAVnet to operate? Furuno's Research & Development engineers have spent countless hours making the NAVnet products extremely easy and intuitive to use. The straight foward menu structure is easily selected through the softkeys and the track control ensures simple operation of the Radar, GPS ChartPlotter and Fish Finder. The controls are exactly the same from one unit to the other, so once you know one. You'll know them all.
